These Terms of Service govern your use of County Storage and the packaging shop operated by County Cargo Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by County Cargo Ltd, trading as County Storage.

2. How Booking Works

  • Choose one storage size per booking: Small (Overnight Bag), Medium, Large, or Extra Large.
  • Select your storage start and end dates. Medium, Large and Extra Large sizes have a minimum booking period of one week; Small has no weekly minimum.
  • You may choose to drop your items off yourself at our Liverpool hub, or add optional Collection for a fee calculated from your postcode.
  • At the end of your storage period, you may collect your items yourself or add optional Return Delivery for a fee calculated from your postcode.
  • Prices shown at checkout are the final price for the storage and any collection/delivery services you have selected.

3. Payment

You may pay securely online by card at the time of booking, or choose to Pay In Store before your items are stored. Packaging orders are paid online at checkout. We never store your full card details — payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

4. Insurance

Storage is not automatically insured as part of your booking. Insurance is optional, and it is your responsibility to arrange appropriate cover for high-value items. Our facilities have restricted access and CCTV monitoring.

5. Prohibited Items

Dangerous, illegal, flammable, perishable or otherwise prohibited goods must not be accepted into storage. If our staff identify a restricted or damaged item during intake, we will notify you.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
