Important Information
"Prices are based on the amount of space occupied, not only the number of individual items. All items must be securely packed, labelled and suitable for storage. Customers whose belongings exceed their selected storage allowance may be moved to the next storage category and charged the applicable rate."
- Storage charges must be paid in advance.
- A new storage week begins once the previous seven-day period has ended. Part of a week (even by 1 day) is charged as a complete week.
- Customers paying monthly are billed on a 28-day cycle (4 weeks). Extending past 28 days counts into the next 28-day period.
- Customers must provide suitable insurance for high-value belongings, where required.
- Dangerous, illegal, flammable, perishable or prohibited goods must not be accepted.
- Optional collection & return delivery is charged at £1.80 per road mile with a £30.00 minimum, calculated from the collection address to our Liverpool office (L1 0BG), subject to checking actual collection costs. Larger loads receive a separate custom quote.
